It is used for sealing high temperature work planes and flange faces.
Typical applications: gearboxes, crankcases and cover plates.
(Purple) Container: 50ml, 300ml
Universal type, thixotropic viscosity, flexible adhesive layer, good chemical resistance, non-corrosiveness, low ductility.
It is used for sealing flange faces which don’t deform much during the work.
Typical applications: drive axels, gear case with high bearing capacity, pipe flanges.
Anaerobic Flange Sealants series
Applications：
When the traditional pre-cut gaskets, such as asbestos pads, rubber gaskets, paper pads, metal pads and etc, are aged, or exposed to extreme heat and cold, the permanent deformation will occur and cause gasket leak as a result. With anaerobic sealants, you can eliminate the heavy inventory of pre-cut gaskets, which has strong sealing property, excellent compression resistance, heat resistance and corrosion resistance.
Usage：
1. Clean up the grease and remained sealant with acetone.
2. Coat one of the metal planes and form a continuous closed glue line surrounding the parts to be sealed
3. Align properly and tighten up the screw to avoid mismatch.
4. Leave it for 30-60 minutes, the sealant will be fully cured in 4-6hours, and the pressure-bearing is above 300kg/cm².
