Applications :
For the assembly of cylindrical parts, such as shafts with holes, bearings, gears with shafts and sleeves, the interference fit assembly technique has been applied for decades, which requires high machining precision, and the efficiency is rather low. Since the pre-stress is not centralized, and the two sides of the fit clearance can’t touch each other without a gap, the parts can be easily deformed, worn out or broken. The anaerobic sealants for cylindrical parts can fill up the clearance completely so as to eliminate the gap between the keys and key grooves, shafts and shaft sleeves, avoid fretting abrasion, occlusion and distortion, which can simplify the assembly process, lower costs, and increase the effective endurance life time of the cylindrical parts.
